Cuba confirms 6,075 cases and 75 deaths of Covid-19

Cuban health authorities notified today six thousand 75 new people infected with SARS-CoV-2, which causes Covid-19, and 75 deaths in the last hours due to complications from the disease.

Thus, the Caribbean nation accumulates 646,513 (8.2 percent) patients diagnosed with the coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, and 5,219 fatalities.

Dr. Francisco Duran, national director of Epidemiology of the Public Health Ministry, specified that 46,364 samples were studied, amounting to 7,891,609.
