Cuba reported 8,394 cases of Covid-19 and 84 deaths

The Cuban Health Ministry (Minsap) reported today 8,394 new positive cases for SARS-CoV-2 causing Covid-19, and 84 deaths from complications with the disease.

The country thus totals 729,133 diagnosed with the coronavirus since March 11, 2020 and 6,140 deaths.

During his usual press conference, Minsap head of Epidemiology, Francisco Durán, detailed that for the detection of SARS-CoV-2, 59 thousand 905 tests were evaluated yesterday, and on the island a total of eight million 512 thousand 380 have been analyzed.
